Pride Lending is an LGBQT+ owned Mortgage Brokerage headquartered in Las Vegas that is focused on making the home financing process simplified for the LGBTQ+ and Underserved communities. Melody Rose is our first Loan Officer based in Florida (living & working in the Central FL area) and we are very excited to have her onboard. We work on residential Conventional, FHA, VA & USDA loans as well as the NonQM and Foreign National loans. We believe that everyone deserves to own a home and be treated with respect and feel welcome and accepted while going through the process. We are known for outstanding communication and closing on time in 30 days or less.
We are a brokerage which gives us the opportunity to work with multiple lenders who offer a variety of programs to provide options for our clients. We are available evenings and weekends and we work as a team to ensure we are on top of every aspect of our clients experience from the initial email or call to closing and beyond. Main Office is located in Las Vegas, Nevada and our Florida Loan Officer Melody Rose works remotely in the Orlando area. Meetings in person can be arranged.
